My favorite movie.
The first time I saw Twin Peaks it blew my mind. Sure, it's not a movie, it's a tv show, but they released a movie too, in 1992, under the direction of the great David Lynch. I like it because David, the director, knows how to wrap you in an athmosphere where you believe nothing is happening but then you start to recognize that the evil of people is in everywhere and behind that evil there are people who end up losing themselves in their dreams. Yes, he talks a lot about dreams an their relationship to reality, a kind of dichotomy where earthly life is governed by something beyond us.
I like to watch a lot of movies, but i'm very meticulous when I look for something. If I want to see a movie I always choose old movies or avant-garde films, where the main theme is the message and the aesthetics. That is, the film seen as a piece of art, like someone who sees a painting. Framing, texture, message, colours.
The last movie I saw was Matrix, and I like it so much. I like the way they show the world, a dystopia that as made more than one person question many things. Of course, it's a classic, which can be recommended to anyone who wants an exciting plot.

Hi David! How are you? Yes, Matrix is a classic, and I liked it too. I remember the first time I saw it, it was at school for my philosophy class, and as you already mentioned, it made us question many things.
ResponderEliminarRegards!
It's an amazing movie!
EliminarThe last David Lynch film I saw was Mudholland Drive and well, the more I thought about what I saw, the more questions I asked myself...
ResponderEliminarAnd if you see more movies of him, more question you will have :').
EliminarThe Matrix is great, I remember when I was studying telecommunications and the teacher who introduced us to the film made us reflect on binary language and computer programming, it was very entertaining because I was able to relate to what was taught in class.
EliminarI am also very meticulous when I watch movies I do not like movies with poor quality effects and bad acting from the actors as happened in the movie "Dragon ball evolution".
ResponderEliminarMatrix it's a classic and i think that everybody has seen it but personally i prefer other kind of movies!! Great post :)
